Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY:

If you receive a broken or defective product, we will send you a new one or provide a full refund. 

Our return policy lasts up to 30 days after purchase. If you purchased more than 30 days ago we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition upon delivery, and in the original packaging that it was delivered in.

Customers must pay the shipping fees associated with shipping the product back.

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and passes the inspections, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item, along with the approval or rejection of your refund based on the criteria listed above. 

If you are approved then your refund will be processed you will automatically receive your refund through your original method of payment during purchase. Refunds can take anywhere from 1 - 4 days to be delivered. 

If your refund has been rejected then that means that your product wasn't in its original packaging, damaged, and or in visibly used condition. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven't received your refund after 4 days of being approved, then contact your bank. It may take some time for your refund to be processed and officially posted.
